If you bought a boAt product, chances are you might want to claim for warranty registration. The good news is that it’s pretty straightforward. But there are some things that you need to know before you go claim.

As we all know, if we buy a product, a Warranty is one of the crucial things we all focus on, especially we Indians 🥰.

The Boat Warranty Registration is an easy and simple way to protect your boAt product. Moreover, there are many reasons why you should register your product. First, registering your device allows you to get support from BoAt if something goes wrong with it.

Additionally, if your device stops working while it is in warranty, you can claim your boAt warranty, where you will get your device fixed or replaced if any problem occurs in your device.

So it’s always better to register your boAt product so that you can get the best support from BoAt.

How to register for boAt warranty?

All the BoAt products, like headphones and earphones, come with a one-year warranty. To make a claim on that warranty, you’ll need to go through BoAt’s registration process.

To register your device for warranty, you need to visit the BoAt website and fill out the online form. You will have to provide some information about yourself, like your name, email address, and phone number.

Let me show you the process I followed when I purchased my new boAt Airdopes 141which I purchased on 

Moreover, I’ve attached screenshots showing each step necessary to make the warranty registration process easier for you.

Although I purchased the product from Amazon India, if you have bought it from a different e-commerce site, the process will be pretty much the same—only with minor changes to accommodate differences in the interface.

Step 1


Kindly ignore the Mamaearth Face wash. That is my secret of Glowness 😂.  So, as you can see in the right side corner, I have marketed the section “Your Orders” So first, you have to click there.

Step 2


Once you click on the “Your order” section, you will get all the product details you ordered from your account. Next, click on “Order details,” as shown in the above image.

Step 3


Post selecting “Orders Details,” you will get the above section where you have to click on the Invoice drop down and in that Invoice 1.

Tan Tanna… All Done. You will get your Invoice in the PDF section, which you can download and use at the time of your boat Warranty claim.

Things you must have before claiming your warranty

I hope you have a clear idea of downloading your warranty. Now moving further, In this section, I will show you how you can claim your boAt warranty.

So, before I start, here are the 3 Things you must keep in mind while claiming boAt warranty.

1. Valid Invoice: The first thing you must keep with you while claiming the warranty of your boAt product is your Invoice.

So what if you lost your Invoice? If you have purchased the product from Amazon, simply check for the Invoice on amazon.

On the same side, if you purchased the product from Flipkart, you can check for the Invoice on Flipkart. 

However, if you purchased from a shop, you need to check with the shop person for a duplicate copy of the Invoice, which must have the shop Seal and stamp on that.

2. Product must be in warranty: This is basic. Only you can claim your product’s warranty if your product is under warranty.

3. No Damage or wear & Tear issue: Yes, you read it right cable loss or cut on the cables or rubber of the earbuds will not be entertained as a warranty claim.

Now that you know the essential criteria for claiming boAt warranty let’s move further and check the step on how to claim the warranty for boat earphones.

Registration Process

To claim the warranty of your boAt device warranty, follow the below steps:

Step 1

To claim the warranty of your boAt device warranty, you need to visit the boAt official website. Once you visit the site, you will get the below interface.


Step 2

Here, you will get three options, as you see in the image: Walk-in service center, Register a complaint, and check the warranty Ticket status.

You can check for the service center list by clicking the Walk-in service center button.

However, I went with the Register a complaint option in my case, as my city name was not there in the list of boAt service centers.

So, if you have not found your city name, I recommend you go with the same option.


Step 3

Once you click on Register a complaint, you will get the options to fill the Product Group, the product name, and the area Pincode you need the service.

Once you mention these three options, you will get the nearby service center where you can directly visit and give your product, and they will help you with the time it takes to fix the issue.


Moreover, the best part of boAt is that you will get a door-to-door service option if no nearby service center is available.

You only have to fill in a few of your details like your name, email id, phone number, the address you need the service, and the product details with the problem you face.

The most important thing to claim the warranty is that you need the invoice you have to upload on their total to claim the warranty.


Post submitting warranty registration Form

Once you fill in these details, you will get a Ticket id on your email and phone number.

Once the ticket id is generated successfully in the next 24 hours, you will get another email and message on your registered email id and number.

The message contains the pickup guidance along with the courier’s name and booking id.

Once you get the details, you only have to be prepared with the faulty product and, for convenience, put it in the box so that it will be easy for the courier person to carry the product.

No additional accessories are required, only the item you have to put over there. Later, the packet will be taken by the delivery boy from your door itself.

Once the pickup is delivered to the warehouse, you will get notifications of the successful delivery messages.

How To Check Status of Boat Complaint

It takes One to Two working days to test the product and confirm if the device will get repaired or entirely replaced. You will get the same notification on your Phone via message.

Once the product is dispatched, you will get notifications with the tracking details to track your delivery. Most of the time, it takes 3 to 4 working days to complete the entire routine.

However, in my case, it takes five working days to complete the process.

To track your status online, click on the ” Check Status of Warranty Ticket” enter your ticket id there, and hit the Submit button.


So these are the steps you can follow to claim any of the boAt products warranty and get your accessories fixed at your doorstep.

The boAt offers two modes of contact where you can write an email to them or directly call on their customer care number, which is located in Mumbai.

To claim a boat warranty on amazon, you need to follow the below steps:

1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Locate your order in the list and click “Problem with the order”.
3. Select your problem from the list.
4. Select “Request refund”.
5. Enter your comments in the text box.

Well, in my case, it takes a week. However, the time of service entirely depends on the service location and the required material availability.

Yes, you can claim your warranty as long as you want to claim until the device is in warranty.

Yes, if your boAt product is under warranty and all the valid documents, you claim the warranty without paying any extra amount. 

No, the product is not eligible for the warranty if it is broken or has any wear & tear issue with the product.

The refund option is not available direct from boAt. However,  if you buy the product from e-commerce sites like Amazon, you will have 7 days of product replacement warranty.
